MelsCan’t tell from the photos but looks like a combo of bugs. Mealy or scale and something smaller like mites or thrips maybe? Looking like a full on saturation with a pesticide or natural mix of neem oil / dr bronners castile soap and some rubbing alcohol in a spray bottle with water. I’d google for ratios of these ingredients. You’ll have to treat weekly or even twice a week for this level. Make sure to swap out the soil too. If you can get those bugs under control this plant looks like it would love to be staked / trellised. Not sure what sort of soil it should have so many someone else can chime in here if that moss looking substance is good. Sending all of the healing vibes your way for this little friend!
