I got this from my boyfriend, all put together in one small pot and tried rinsing the roots and re-potting into a 7 inch pot. There was originally a panda plant in here as well but it broke off at the root:(. I know it’s not healthy but I have no idea where to start with there being multiple plants in one. Leaves from all plants have been turning brown and squishy and detaching, as well as many brown spots on the leaves.

    Probably not enough light. I normally have to keep all my bright direct lighting on during the winter days. I would let them dry out as much as possible with bright light. And then add some water with a cacti/succulent fertilizer.

    Does that drain at all? It sounds like they are rotting. From excessive wet. Either from not draining, or soil not chunky enough. They should be in a gritty mix.
