I bought my monster Thai con from marketplace a month and a half ago and have watered her once; she’s on a decent lighted area but almost all the tips of the leaves are browning and this leaf is yellowing. The pot is very large with no drainage so I feared overwatering, hence the only watered it once. Does this look like root rot or is the plant thirsty? Any advice helps!! Thank you.

Looks like overwatering and poss part fungle, the paler bits on leaves are more susceptible to drying, and from burn from sun/ to intense light on it, as no drainage holes, best to repot with a good drainage mix or soil perlite coco choir, and if you have got some root crack sprinkle a tiny amount on the soil part the roots will sit on. Before repot be best to give it a loop warm shower, cover top of pot with bag, the when repotting remove top layer of soil, there also prefer distilled water rather than tap as there is a lot of chlorine they don’t like

I see it’s in a 40cm pot, that’s does sound a bit big, but you won’t know till you investigate the root ball size, they like to crawl and climb , but most pots round and square, a rectangular type of pot would help it branch along and up, I’ve still got mine in a round pot though , mite be worth adding a support when repotting
