My mom sent me these photos of her Hens and Chicks plant and asked me what was wrong with it. Any ideas? I wonder if it could be a change in the weather? The had it outside originally, but just brought it inside. Thanks in advance!

    What does she say is wrong? It looks normal to me. The brown leaves are normal growth. The dry leaves can be pulled off. That would help with aesthetics. These do best outside. They were probably going into dormancy but then were brought into the warmth of the house. The terracotta pot is great because they develop root rot very easily.
