Thundersnap

I inherited this sad baby from a coworker and I’m hoping to bring it back from the brink. Any suggestions would be super helpful!

    i can’t really tell what it is, but it looks like it needs some water! i would pull it out, take a look at the roots (and cut off any squishy ones), repot in a well draining soil + drainage holes, and give it a big ol drink. also might just be personal preference but i’d cut off the dead bits too. good luck!

      Thanks! I’m not sure what it is either. Picture This said aloe Vera but I’m skeptical.

    Is it an air plant? If so I’d say pull off any of the leaves at the bottom that have the most damage. Give it a good soak for an hour or so and then bright indirect light. Check after 2-3 hours to make sure the plant is not wet. They need decent circulation but not right next to a vent. No windowsills unless the windows are filtered!
