looking for some advise, i have 2 rubber plants, one is thriving but one is really struggling, is this salvageable or is it too far gone?😭 i moved it to a different room with more light when it started struggling but that only made it worse, went from 4 leaves to 2 very quickly any help is appreciated, these are my first rubber plants and i water them both the same frequency, how can one be so strong when the other is the exact opposite!
Honestly I see a bit of green left, I would take off the dead leaves, put it in a way smaller pot 1-2 inches bigger then the root ball (with a well draining/ chunky soil mix) and make sure it doesn’t have rot. Make sure your only watering once a week

Every plant and root system is different. You cannot treat two plants in two separate pots the same way and expect the same results. This plant is salvageable. I agree with repotting into something more appropriate for the rootball, but don't water it weekly. And don't water it on the same schedule as the other plant. Get it into a good sized pot with a chunky soil mix and water it only when the soil has dried out.
