My jade plant keeps having its leaves dry out and fall off consistently, is that normal with its growth??

    Be careful with sand in the potting mix. While I’ve heard it said that it helps with drainage, it also has this way of filling up all the gaps around the roots. My only experience with this species is propagation after my mom’s mother plant got the dreaded root rot, so I could definitely be wrong. The little props are going well and even tho I did use a small amount of sand in the mix, there are different rules for propagations and very juvenile plants. I wish you the best of luck and, just remember, they are very easy to propagate :)
