I had made a post previously about my dieffenbachia having brown spots on its leaves and if i should cut them off. Since then I further inspected and found thrips, so far have isolated it and treated with captain jacks and will put diatomaceous earth in the soil when i need to water next. Basically I need more tips, some articles say to cut the infected leaves off because of eggs. I love this plant so much so any tips would be deeply appreciated! 🫶🏻🪴

Since you’re taking care of the pests already, I would try an aquarium water conditioner . They remove the chlorine in your water and other harmful stuff that might affect you plants. I used to have a lot of brown spots on my more delicate plants but after using this on my water I have completely got rid of the problem. Hope it helps!🤝
