My Monstera Thai Constellation is browning but only on the variegated white parts. I checked the roots and it hasn’t got root rot and it’s in a chunky soil mix so i’m unsure why this is happening. Does anyone know how i can stop this from happening more. Thanks!

Try to give it more light. This was happening to mine at the start of last fall when the light was starting to fade, I moved it to a brighter spot and the browning stopped

My standard reply, lovethatleaf.com has a very informative article called The ultimate guide to thai constellation and how not to kill it.

This is very common with Var plants. Supplement with Silica. It's simply caused by the fact there is no chlorophyll protection on the Var white/cream areas, and the sun scorched them. The silica helps fortify the cells and helps to reduce or eliminate it

Is this ok to use throughout the winter as well? In facing similar issues with my Thai constellation

Personally if its not yellowing, its fine and helping the plant make nutrients. You can just snip off the brown bits if it bothers you.
