hi!! can anyone help me with my pothos? i’ve had it for less than a year but up until a couple months ago it was doing super well. recently though its felt like it just keeps yellowing at the leaves which end up dying and i have to remove them. I’ve lost a TON, and it feels like im gonna loose more. I’ll attach photos of what it used to look like and what it’s currently looking like. I’ve been spacing out how often i water it too, but it hasn’t seemed to make a difference. Previously there were pest problems but i took care of that using sticky patches.

What kind of soil do you have it in and how frequently are you watering?? Also, I LOVE the crochet basket :)

I use fox dark soil for all of my plants, and i water every 16-17 days or so. And thank you! I made it myself :)

If it were me I’d honestly take the plant out of the soil to see if there’s an issue with the roots, like root rot, and then go from there. Typically if mine are like this I’ll chuck them in water and wait til they bounce back (few weeks) before I toss it back in soil

I’m gonna vote that it needs more light. Even if this is an overwatering situation, more light will help dry that out

Yeah it looks pretty far back from a window, also a smaller pot too

It’s over watered and not enough light they like artificial light also so you can put a lamp next to it. Cut and propagate the long stem and change the pot to where the pot is 1-2 inches bigger then the roots and when propagation is ready you can add those and make it fuller

Just enough to cover the nodes! This is where roots will grow from :)

Make sure you cut any leaves from the node you’re trying to root from they will rot.

Pothos doesn’t mind getting under-watered they only have problems with over watering and light.
