Fairly new to house plants here, can anyone tell me what this is on my fiddle leaf fig? It’s on both the underside and top side of some leaves but not all.

    those look to be mealy bugs. they’re easy to treat. get some rubbing alcohol and a q-tip. dip your qtip in the alcohol and dab it on each one. they will instantly die and turn brown. do this to all of them. you can also spray down the plant with rubbing alcohol if you have it in a spray bottle. just keep the plant out of the sun/light, as it will burn it. keep an eye on the plant as you might have to do this treatment again in a few days if more appear.
