   Hi there, that’s unfortunately looking like thrip damage. I’ve been battling these on my monsteras, so o very much commiserate. I currently spray the leaves down weekly though should really be trying for every 3 days because of their lifecycle. For about 6 weeks. Good luck to you and to both of us!

     Don’t forget they are in the soil, too. Like Bb said, you have to be patient with the life cycle - spraying adults once won’t take care of their offspring in the soil, which inevitably become more adults and create more babies. High humidity is also thrips’ worst enemy. These little suckers are sooooo frustrating but they ARE manageable! Good luck!
