Horridly rotted and then horridly dehydrated anthurium that died completely. Is there any hope of getting it back from these healthy roots. There’s technically a stem at the top but it’s pretty thoroughly rotted

    That has a decent chance of recovery. I suggest treating it all with a fungicide. Pot the sections seperately and do your best with watering. You might use an orchid pot so you can watch the roots. Otherwise check on the roots after about two weeks to trim and retreat the rot as needed. I have some orchid roots in the same boat (the tops were fine but i had to cut soo much off that i felt bad and kept some of the healthier cut sections)
