   This plant has semi succulent properties so I would let it dry out before watering again

   The stem and leaves hold lots of water too so if it’s getting watered too often it will drop some leaves

   If it were me I’d check the roots and see if it needs a smaller pot! I have one this size in a 2” pot

   Def let her get dry before you water but it looks like a baby rubber plant and they do take some time to grow and fill out especially when they’re small. I’ve had many cuttings of this size from my plant in pots that size and did fine as long as I was careful to not overwater.

   I have the same plant for several years. They are semi succulent. So a lot of grit is needed in the soil. Only water when soil is dry or almost completely dry. At that point you can taco bend the bottom leaves. If not then don’t water yet. This plant can be acclimated to a bright area or accept morning sun. To encourage bushiness, trim the long branches as it grows. Place the cuttings in water. They root quickly. Good luck. It’s one of my favorite plants.
