Hello! I acquired this Bird of Paradise. Some of the branches are obviously bent but none are completely broken. Do I cut off the stems that are bent? Or keep taking care of her to try and get them back?

Since they're still quite green I would have a tendency to leave them on until I couldn't stand the ugly anymore. Then when you trim them off trim them as low as you can. Birds are heavy feeders so fertilize every time you water or use a slow release fertilizer. They also like high humidity and they do not want to be even a little dry yet not soggy either. Depending on where you live you will most likely need to water almost everyday and some days twice. It also looks like it could use some fresh soil. If you do repot I would bring the plant up a little bit and fill the pot with soil to almost the top.

Yes i would cute the bent ones bcz they are going to die. So instead of having the plant focus of trying to fix the bent ones it can focus on growing new leaves.

I agree they are going to die but they also are still photosynthesizing so they give the plant energy also. I suppose there's no way to know for sure whether they produce more energy or take more energy so either way is ok cut or not cut. If the leaf gets yellow then absolutely cut it off.
