Hi Everyone, I am trying to save money tree of my roomate, while it’s doing fine after I remove the other damaged stem but recently I have started seeing the fungus on it. Anything I can do to make it healthier and back to life? TIA

That's most likely saprophytic fungus. Perfectly normal and harmless to plants and humans! It grows when you don't let the topsoil dry between waterings, which is recommended watering for most (not all) houseplants. Could definitely be a sign it's been overwatered considering it's lost a lot of leaves too. You should definitely treat it with neem oil and mixing cinnamon into the topsoil. If you let it run wild and take over the pot, then it could start to affect the plant's health.
