I need help. All my plants' soil has little flies or bugs in it. Can someone tell me how to get rid of them? I have tried neem oil and cinnamon, but they are still not completely gone.

Yellow Sticky traps are so good look on amazon!
2 likesSticky traps are good for catching the flys but don’t get rid of the problem. Most likely overwatering or some sort of fungus in the soil. Arber makes great products that are organic and can help

2 likesAbsolutely agree with all the suggestions above, especially repotting with fresh, dry soil, and bottom watering instead so wet soil at the top doesn’t attract gnats again. If you’re gonna repot, use any of the above suggestions to remove the bugs already on your plant, then remove the plant from the soil and reduce it to its roots. Soak the roots in a mix of hydrogen peroxide and water for half an hour, then rinse it with room temp water, and repot with dry soil. Cinnamon is better for after repotting to prevent further pests, but I’ve found bottom watering and sticky traps to be the most affective. Some try mixing apple cider vinegar and dish soap with water and spraying the leaves with that mixture to treat gnats. Hope this helps! Good luck!
1 likeClean your tools regularly and everytime u work on a different plant. Preventive maintenance is key
1 likeOverwatering was the issue, Yellow sticky tape and Cinnamon powder helped. Will use Mosquito bits if I see the bugs again. Thanks everyone for the help.
