    The pot size looks right. So too much water too often. Snake plant soil has to completely dry out. Then, water afterwards. Wait a day or two when in doubt. Never follow a strict watering schedule without verifying the soil is dry. This leads to root rot. Bright lights for 8 hours is mandatory for snake plants to help the photosynthesis process. That area looks dark. Add a grow light for at least 12 hours. Good airflow helps dry excess water in the soil and helps dry the water vapor on the plants caused by transpiration. 🍀🪴
