Help!

Can someone help me with my dieffenbachia. I’ve tried everything but seems like she is close to the end 🙏🏼

    Looks like the pot might be too large. The top probably dries out but the bottom stays wet. I’d cut it back to the healthiest part of the stems. Check the roots, cutting off any that are damaged and pot it into a smaller container. A humidity dome would help too (a jar or clear container on top) until you get better growth

      It also looks like you’re using straight potting mix. I would add more drainage like perlite, orchid bark, pumice ect. The monstera would be better off too in a chunkier mix.

      Maybe lift the monstera a bit too. As for the dieffenbachia I feel mine🤞 has finally stopped trying to die on me. I water from the bottom every 5-10 days as needed (droopy) and I have it on a middle plant shelf with minimal light getting to it
