Poor monster has had it rough. First, it was drowned for many days in a pot filled to brim with water. It also might have scale or spider mites or some other such critters. Carelessly I placed it in near an ac vent, so it went from high humidity and heat to dry AC air. Also attached are pictures of a pothos, the damage to it coincides with the arrival of this sick bedraggled monstera right next to it. What do you recommend, my friends?

Quarantine! I am new to Monstera but I would check the underside of the leaves carefully for pest and give them a wipe for good measure.

Definitely quarantine until the pests are under control. I’d remove the leaves that are brown/yellow, they aren’t gonna come back and will just sap the plants energy. And then you’ll have less area for the pests to hideout. Hard to tell but it looks like you’ve got a few leaves that are still vibrant green. Keep those if so. After you remove the sick parts, I’d shower the foliage then wipe down with alcohol once it dries. Mist with water or a pest spray every day until it’s all clear. What’s the soil situation? Is it still really wet from being drowned?
