Unfortunately this kind of thing could be from overwatering, under-watering, too much light or too little light, etc. Annoying, I know lol. First, I’d feel the leaves. If they feel more dry/crispy, then it’s likely under watering or too much sun. If they feel mushy then it’s likely overwatering or too little sun. Is this a new plant? Whenever you move a plant to a new spot it’s usually dramatic for a week or 2 while it adjusts, same thing for repotting, etc. If you know what plant it is specifically, you can look online to see what level of sun & watering schedule it likes the most. Planta has a scanner that can help with this & identifying your plant too. It can give you a watering (& fertilizing if applicable) schedule based on all the info you tell it about where you live, type of soil, it’s location relative to what window, etc. I highly recommend it! It’s right most of the time. Lastly, 99% of plants prefer when you let the soil fully dry between waterings. This also helps prevent root rot. Without knowing more about your specific plant this is my advice 🫶🏻 I hope this helps & your plant perks up super soon! ❤️‍🩹

It also said it’s good to mist it twice a week. Hope this helps! 🥰

Reminder that these results are based on where I live though, which is in Virginia, US. So you may want to adjust based on the climate where you live in comparison 🫶🏻
