I just mix a little bit of neem oil with a whole spray bottle of water. Spray the soil and the leaves, wipe the leaves after spraying them. I’m not sure about if it’s safe for all plants. I’ve used it on all mine with no problems, but maybe someone else has more insight on that part. :)

I mix it with 2c water, 2 tbl neem, 1 tbl castile Peppermint, 1 tsp 70% alcohol. Spray down the plant and let it sit for 30 mins or so. And spray it off. If it's new plants they stay in the sink over night. Direct light after putting neem on can burn your plants so if you leave it on, id treat in evening when its not as bright. I've had it burn more sensitive plants, which is why I rinse after

Succulents can be sensitive to neem oil, keep it out of the sun for a few days if you use it on succulents, I prefer rubbing alcohol for succulents
