The center of my turtle vine is dying, but the ends are super healthy and putting out new leaves. Anyone know how I can fix this? Is it under watered?

It looks sun scorched to me. Depending on the type of turtle vine you have, it may need partial sun, not full. So I would just prune off any dead leaves and put it in a spot where it won’t be getting too much direct light.

Always check if the first inch of the soil is dry before you water, and make sure your pot has sufficient drainage (perlite, drainage hole). You might even have to check for root rot as well. I would also probably keep it in a well lit area as well, because I’m seeing that the growth is a little leggy. Try and rotate it every couple of days as well, so that you can get even sunlight all around. Hopefully this helps, because my initial reaction was like “that looks sun burnt.” But looking at it closely, I see what you’re saying.
