Stealing and rescuing this orchid from my work office, but idk what all these colors and such are… is she able to be saved?

    Remove anything that is dead and all rotting roots. Even without roots it’s possible that it will come back. Ive brought this one back using a garlic water bath; just crush a clove in about 2 cups of water and soak for 30min, then place in wet sphagnum moss when the moss needed watering I used rice starch water (I saved the water after rinsing rice) it’s taken awhile and the remaining leaves will probably die but I’m excited to finally see these healthy roots.

      I’m going to have to cut the lower stem off further as well because it’s turning black
