Hiya need a bit of help. All the new growth on my monkey leaf are going black and dying is there a reason for this?

    Looks like you have pests of some sort. Time to break out the neem oil!

    have you fertilized the plant ever? “ghost leaves” and new growth dying like this are common on monstera that have depleted the nutrients in their pot. by the looks of the stems (i’m noting the large internodal space), your plant could also use a fair bit more light
