I’ve only had this Echeveria for three weeks. Bought it from Lowe’s and there were already rotted leaves underneath that I hadn’t seen. I took those off and was left with a gap on the succulent. Now, two leaves have also cracked and one more is rotted. I’ve only watered it twice and it’s gotten tons of sun. What should I do? Any advice is appreciated.

When you say rotted leaves, do you mean dry leaves? If so, that is normal for echeverias. If you have watered it twice in three weeks, it’s probably overwatered at this point. Echeverias can have direct morning sun, and then very strong grow lights rest of day. Direct sun means you can see the sun from the plant’s location. Not just a bright window. Most Echeveria need grow lights inside. Only water when soil is bone dry. Leaves will feel slightly bendable. Hopefully I answered your question.
