It may be getting too dry. Colossians like living in moist soil, but, not standing water. Water when the top inch or two of the soil dries out. Donโt let the soil go completely dry. Fertilize at least once a month. ๐ชด๐

Yes I will do that. Thank you
์ข์์ 1๊ฐYou should get a stake for him, the stems seem to be bent alot, that might be causing the yellowing, they might be cutting them off. Tyr to prop them up, you can use a stick and tie them up with some sort of string or clip

Yes he needs support for sure! I can do that. Thank you
0๊ฐ ์ข์์Healthy colocasias and alocasias (upright elephant ears) donโt need staking, like my plants in the photos. Softened/bent stems and yellowing leaves are not typical conditions for these plants. Itโs good that you are addressing this. It should get stronger sturdy stem with care. Look into plant silica supplements. There are a lot of good reviews about this plant nutrient that works to stabilize and strengthen plant cells and structure of the stems. Also, look at the amount of light it gets. Low lighting can cause yellowing and dropped leaves. A south or west window in winter is best for lighting. It may need afternoon shading with a sheer curtain or window film in summer a southern or western facing window. Using a grow light all year works well running at least 12 hours a day. ๐ชด๐
