This poor plant is struggling, and I’m at a loss for what I’m doing wrong. I’ve watered it, There’s decent lighting, but not direct sun. Given nutrients, changes the soil and pot when it grow out if the original pot.

    Colocasias like a tight fit in their pot, and yours seems to have a lot of extra space. Downsize the pot for sure (give it 1-2 inches bigger than the size of the root ball.) These don't like to fully dry out between waterings, so give it good drainage to prevent root rot and relatively frequent watering. It does not need that climbing trellis. Increasing ambient humidity can help, especially while new leaves are unfurling. Misting the leaves every few days can help them recover from that crispy state. As new growth comes in, expect those two weak ones to die back. These also tend to shock when moved or repotted
