My fiddle leaf has been growing leaves like crazy, but the most recent ones are not looking too great. Any ideas for how to solve this problem?

The rust colored dots are normal in a fiddle leaf that's producing rapidly! It's essentially a fiddle leaf version of stretch marks: it's growing and producing at a rate too fast for the leaf to harden. Once it reaches full size, the dots will go away! I encourage you to water it and maybe give it a little food to help it along :). Here is an example on my fiddle leaf, Phineas! As you can see, as the leaf starts to harden the dots go away. Nothing to be concerned about!!
