   Looks like it’s been underwatered and not enough light? Could you share some info about how much light it receives, your watering schedule?

   i'd remove all of the dead leaves and check if the brown spots on the alive ones are mushy or crunchy- if crunchy, the plant is underwatered. if mushy, the plant is overwatered. if it's overwatered i'd also check the roots for rot. (lmk if you need more info on identifying and treating root rot). to me, it looks like it needs more light and water, but it's good to check first.

     I agree with this, maybe even chop it down and repot into a smaller pot
