Stickey traps in pots I find catches them, and I put fungus Gnat toppers covering soil to prevent Lavie and eggs , I have used a few toppers all work well but find the bloom and bud pink packet works best, there be a few on here say to you neam oil or a type of spray, I find this damages the leaves but does help to kill anything on the leaves

Also make sure the top layer of soil drys out as there attracted to moisture, using pot toppers drys top layer of soil out so helps with that , also check tray at bottom of pots are dry as they will then hide there

I use the yellow sticky traps as well. I also use fungus gnat death drops with every watering.

I used the sticky traps, cinnamon & didn’t water my plants for a hot sec!! They go away eventually. We went from hundreds to only a few. They’re just annoying

Mosquito bit water is my go-to for fungus gnats!! I still do the other recs (yellow traps & cinnamon), but if I don’t use the mosquito water it’s useless. I just finished making some.
