This leaf came like this when I bought it, is it fine to leave or is there something I should do? The rest looks healthy. Thanks!

Hmmm… that’s hard, since it’s on just that one leaf that is tricky. It could be some sort of fungus/bacterial infection caused by under or overwatering, or too much light. I would just cut that leaf off. It is safe to prune, usually around the spring for the rubber plant is ideal before its new growing period, so perfect time to get rid of any dead or dying leaves. I would also clean the leaves with an insecticidal soap and water and use a cloth to clean each individual leaf to make sure nothing bad is going on with your plant . And since that leaf is near the bottom, it’s fine if you take it away from the plant.

Do you know what specific rubber plant that is?

I googled it and I think it’s a “Ficus elastica 'Tricolor”
