Hi y’all, I hope I can get some assistance. I’ve been growing these apple trees for 6 years now and my largest did grow very few last year. There were no blossoms on either trees, and I started noticing issues with my largest. Does anyone have any idea what’s going on and what I can do? The last pic is my other tree for comparison.

give them a prune. (The ideal time is late winter/early spring shortly before buds appear, but any time except late fall is fine. You just want the tree to either be dormant or have time to recover before a hard frost.) Remove no more than 20% of the live branches in any one season. Trim off dead, damaged, and diseased material first. Then remove suckers, low growth, and any branches that aren't healthy for the tree. Then prune for shape. With fruit trees, you want good air flow between and around the branches. You can also trim off some of the lower quality apples to convince it to make more and higher quality ones over time
