    They kinda look like grubs? Where is the soil from?

      I bought the soil from a stall. To further help identify what type of pests these are, I’m sharing a photo that I’ve taken previously. These are dark red pupa in other plants that I found among wriggling white larvae. 🤢☠️

      Once upon a time, if I found these worms & I had to personally handle them, I might just burn my house down & never engage in gardening again! 🐛☠️🪱 Now, with all the worms that I’ve had to deal with, gardening has been quite an effective form of exposure therapy in overcoming my phobia of worms!

    Jean and Kades... I am right there with you both! I am careful when I walk on sidewalk on a rainy day... and I have an extreme phobia... I love plants, but my husband is the one who plants them... 2 wks ago had a nervous break down when I saw a small I don't know what kind of bug/worm it was, and I screamed like if somebody was stabbing me, everyone came out to see who was getting killed.... right in front of my father in law... I laugh-cried my way from the porch through the house to the other entrance.. i would have chopped my finger had there been a knife.. the horror! 🙃 I guess hers still how for me if you overcame your phobia! 😶‍🌫️

      Yes, there is hope to potentially overcome worm phobia! Snap some gloves on, grab a scooper and hold your heart steady with prayers - Rinse and repeat. 😅

      P.S. Your story was amusing & horrifying! I’m glad that your father-in-law wasn’t half-frightened to death and that your family had a good laugh about it. 😂

    😆... they'll never let it goooo! Lol... my husband bought me gloves, long and short ones... long ones are what I can do but I still can't stick a finger to the soul... sticks are my friend... BTW, it was a snail, per my husband. 🤢🤮
