Help! My seedlings have mold on the pots! I need to determine if it’s safe for them or not! I touched it and it is harder to see now, but it was white and looked like hair coming off it

    They are also being kept in peat and in a very humid environment

    This has happened to me before They are compostable and when wet they start to break down - as much as I love compostable products I definitely recommend plastic seedling trays for indoors and the compostable ones if starting seedlings outdoors. That is just my personal opinion- I hope it helps :)

      I use plastic egg cartons with holes poked into the bottom as seedling trays and it works really well
