      You first need to give the plant a complete shower, rinse off the roots, sterilize the pot, repot into fresh clean soil, then apply horticultural soap to the leaves weekly to keep them clean, quarantine all plants it’s close to or has touched. Whenever you’re treating this plant wash hands afterwards, so as to not spread it to other plants. You can also use diatomaceous earth or neem oil spray on the leaves and trunk. If the infestation is so bad and not going away, I’d recommend using Bonide’s systemic houseplant insect control granules, and follow all usage and safety directions
