hi! before christmas i left my Dieffenbachia seguine looking relatively happy but when i returned, all of her leaves dropped and then hasn’t improved over the past month. i got this plant on my first date with my partner so it’s very special to me and i can’t bring myself to even think about her being gone forever! is there any thing i can do? should i wait to see if it revives itself as it’s stems are still green? i’ve had her die and revive herself over and over again so i thought she was just having yet another tantrum! please help!

    Oh no!😥 it’s always frustrating when the health of a beloved plant goes downhill! I’m a beginner, so I don’t know if it’s salvageable…but I truly wish you and your plant much success!

    Oh nooo!!! I would at least try to keep it. Cut the stems off until they are about an inch or 2 tall then put it in a bright indirect light. Only time will tell but its worth a try.

    Cut the stems and move it away from that window. Either sun direction changed and it’s getting more/less sun or change in temp if window is drafty
