Is it ok? There are black branch tips ? Is it normal or not ?? I feel it is sad!

    I would trim the brown could be rot. I would also check the roots for rot as well

    I had a similar thing happen and I had to trim away the brown parts. I had at the time hoped the green leaves meant it would make it but sadly I think when the browning happens it’s best to prune. It will at least make space for The healthy branches that are in your pot. So those will eventually fill out the space nicely. Best of luck.

      Should I change the soil ?

      I think as long as it’s well draining soil it should be okay. It can do well in regular indoor soil mix, or I read that cactus soil also works, so the plant isn’t a picky one when it comes to soil types.
