Look like a regular earth worm, if you got your soil from outside it’s a sign the soil is good.

I was repotted in a specialty potting soil. Could these come from worm castings? So, these are beneficial and I can keep them in my soil and be happy? πŸ˜ŠπŸ’šπŸͺ΄

Worms can be in any soil but as long as it is actually an earth worm it’s totally fine! I would recommend taking it outside, they do break down dirt and are beneficial but you can drown them when you water the plant since it’s a smaller area of dirt.
