Help! Baby grasshoppers have discovered my zinnias! These ladies took their time and are finally looking like the glorious giant zinnias they are. Then holes started appearing on their leaves not too long ago… PESTS! I sprayed with Arbor insecticide but the little green guys don’t seem phased and reappeared 4 days later. What can I do? Would seven dust work better? I appreciate any and all suggestions before all of my outdoor plants are ravaged.

You may have to pick them off or brush them off into a container with a lid or use a bug vacuum. All over pesticides will kill beneficial insects. I’m not sure if sevin dust will work on grasshoppers.
