Do these roots look ok? It’s my Monstera clipping. It tried to put out a new leaf but it died before it shot out and I had to cut it out. This poor thing has had a hard life. Help please.

    Take out the plant, check and cut ends rotten roots about 1/2 cm on the healthy side. Fill out half of container with water. Only water when the container is almost out of water.

    It also looks like it could be ready to go back to soil, if that’s what you want to do. I never had great luck with semi-hydro, personally
