I got my Monstera Thai Constellation about a week ago, i repotted it because it was severely root bound, and it developed two brown areas on leaves that kept spreading. I cut off the area that was on the hole-y leaf. And pruned the other leaf off because it was not going to get any better. Should i be concerned about how i pruned it?

The way you pruned it should be fine. Your monsters overall look great and will probably bounce back! Personally I usually don’t prune my plants until there is a lot of brown and I always leave 1/2 of a centimeter of brown just to be safe. This allows the plant to don’t loose energy from the brown and you won’t accidentally cut off any good leave plus is still looks pretty good.
