Hello! I’ve grown tomato plants annually for three years now, haven’t this year since I just had a little one. But, what it looks like me is some sort of nutrient deficiency, if you haven’t already, definitely give your tomato plants some food. I always used the miracle grow one about once a week especially during the start of the growing season when they will be pumping out tomatoes like crazy. And also, make sure to water them but not over water them, I always did the finger method, but tomato plants do not like to be completely dried out between waterings. But yes, cut off all the dead leaves for sure so that the energy of the plant can go to the healthy leaves and stalks and hopefully…tomatoes!

Looks like too much water. Ensure the drainage is adequate to allow the soil the properly drain. Also, the soil might be too low in the raised bed to allow good air circulation needed to dry the soil.
