Hey y’all! Any good tips on taking care of this plant? More than half the plant keeps drying out to the point where it keeps dropping strands :( thanks in advance:)

    That plant is a Norfolk Island pine. My friend has been having the same problem with hers. I think it’s either Not enough humidity or too much sun. We’re still trying to figure it out. Hope this is helpful😊
