What am I doing Wrong? Repotted approx 2 months ago and in the last month all the big leaves are going crisp and dying while heaps of little leaves down the bottom are coming through. Is this normal? Or am I killing the plant slowly?

I would say the plant is trying to communicate to you that it is struggling. Based on the way the leaves are yellowing and browning, my first guess is that it’s something to do with watering. The questions I’d ask are: How much bigger was the pot than the root ball when you repotted it? What’s your watering routine like? Is the soil dry, wet, or damp when you stick your finger in it? What kind of light is it receiving? Does your planter have drainage? Is it near any kind of heat source? That can help narrow down the issue. My guess from just the photo alone is that there’s something going on with the roots due to a watering issue or imbalance. I can help you diagnose with more certainty if you feel like answering those questions.

The root ball was root bound when replanted and I got a pot that was only a bit bigger just enough that the old pot fit inside it. Watering routine is only when it has gotten dry. It has drainage holes down the bottom. It has light all day from the window that it has always sat near. Only heat source would be summer as they sit in the bathroom. It had been 40°+ Celsius for nearly a week here. Just confused why the big leaves are dying but heaps of new leaves growing under

If that’s a peace lily, it’s also very picky about being near a heater or draft. Make sure it’s in a good spot too! If it’s anything like mine which is almost 6 years old, it’ll bounce back if you move it, prune the dying, and check the roots.

It’s been in the same spot for nearly 2 years. I pruned the last lot of dying leaves and it just got more dying again. Only thing I can think of is summer but it has never done it before
