    Nutrient deficiency imo. Nitrogen maybe?

How would I add more nitrogen?

I’ve been fertilizing every month with the tiny bead fertilizers, should I switch to the sticks or liquid

I’m not familiar with beads every month. Liquid is faster. You might want to get something with both macro and micro nutrients just in case.

New growth is always lighter, so I don’t think you need to worry

Mine has been doing g the same thing, and it stays that way even when the leaves get older. I've been fertilizing with a liquid fertilizer ever two weeks but I've just been using the miracle gro all purpose stuff and diluting to the recommended strength for indoor plants. I really don't know if it has everything my plants need or not
