Back in July this plant was severely overwatered while I was on a two week vacation. It just hasn’t bounced back at all. Any suggestions on how to revive? Or is she a goner?

Have you looked at the roots and cut off anything that's rotten or dead?

It probably has root rot. Maybe look into propagating it if the roots aren’t saveable

Do you have any tips on propagating this plant?

I have the same issue with a couple of my ppp’s :( I got one that was kept in super soggy soil & was already starting to drop leaves. It had 5 babies/sisters around it & only 2 of them survived because the root rot was so bad. What I did with one of them after I repotted it was take it back out to look at the roots, I pulled off all the brown soggy roots- leaving very dainty stringy roots like hairs. Then sprayed the roots with a mix of 3:1 water and hydrogen peroxide, let it sit out for about an hour or so, and repotted it soil I just misted. It helps to tie it up to something as well to keep from sagging too badly. I like to wrap bamboo skewers in twine or hemp, and use these lil Velcro strips- I got like a pack of 10 from temu (soft side touching the plant). Also, make sure you have it out in the open in good air circulation, away from walls/corners or other objects. Maybe on a table near a vent, or place a fan nearby. This helps a lot to keep moisture and humidity off! Hope this helps!

Thanks for the information. I am going to definitely check the roots out.
