    Looks like it needs a repotting, it's huge! Orchid pots with air gaps for aeration and orchid bark are best. Though I grabbed wood chips from the sticks my dogs chewed up in the back yard to save money.

    It looks happy and healthy. Do not repot at this time! Avoid repotting when the orchid is in bloom as it can stress the plant. Repotting after flowering allows the plant to focus on new growth and future blooms.
