First time plant owner here! Does anyone know if these little brown spots mean anything regarding the health of my plant? I’ve had this plant for a few months and the spots are relatively new and I was just wondering if it’s a sign of a disease or anything else.

    I don’t think it’s a disease. Fittonia plants are rather picky when it comes to humidity. If it’s too low, the leaves will start to get crispy. Recommend putting a small mister next to it unless you want to get a humidifier.
