favorite remedies for rust fungus? I was told cinnamon could work?? it would be awesome if I could do it without chemicals as I have reptiles and such in the house.

    Cinnamon is not going to work. I’ve had rust fungus on my monstera and the only thing that helps is using a fungicide and cutting off the bits that are too far gone

    ahh yeah i’m with you, and don’t use chemicals, but cinnamon won’t work for rust fungus — peroxide probably wouldn’t even do it. you need a repot and true fungicide. no recs from me

      thank you for your input. I repotted him a while ago and all the new leaves are clean?? that was before I knew about it...

      you can try to skip the repot and just treat — it’s all trial and error when it comes to plant keeping 😎

    I haven't used this for a full fungal like rust before. But it is pet safe. I use it to make sure there's no fungal or molds in my TC
